A Look Inside a First Year MSW Student

In order to get to know the two first-year MSW students that I would be instructing this year as their SIFI, I asked them to complete this activity as an ice breaker exercise. I was particularly interested to see where they perceived they carried within their bodies the key emotive elements that comprise the essence of a social worker. See below the results of how these students colored their “essence” at the very beginning of their social work journey.
